Total Prize Value: AUD $10,000 cash (or equivalent).
Draw Date: 2 December 2025 at Snobodi HQ, Mornington, VIC, Australia.
Winner Announced: 2 December 2025 on official Snobodi channels.

1. Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of Australia (excluding South Australia), the United Kingdom, the United States, and Europe (EEA countries) aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Entrants must make a purchase on www.snobodi.com.au during the promotion period to receive one (1) automatic entry per transaction.
• Employees of Snobodi, its affiliates, suppliers, and immediate family members are not eligible.
• Important: Due to South Australian trade promotion regulations, residents of South Australia are not eligible to enter this giveaway.
• The promotion is void where prohibited by law in any jurisdiction.

2. How to Enter

• Customers must make a valid purchase on www.snobodi.com.au between the start and end dates.
• Each completed order counts as one (1) entry into the draw.
• Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or returned will have their entries deemed invalid.
• No other entry methods are accepted.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the process or breaches these Terms.

3. Prize Details

• One (1) winner will receive AUD $10,000 cash, or the equivalent value in their local currency at the exchange rate on the draw date.
• The prize will be paid via bank transfer or PayPal within 14 business days of confirming eligibility.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for any other item.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any taxes, bank fees, currency conversion charges, or transfer costs incurred by the winner.
• As the total prize pool is AUD $10,000, no trade promotion permit is required in any Australian jurisdiction other than South Australia.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be drawn at random using a certified random draw system on 2 December 2025 at Snobodi HQ, Mornington, VIC.
• The winner will be notified via email within 24 Hours of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 2 days, a redraw will occur using the same method.
• The winner’s first name and city/state may be published on www.snobodi.com.au and Snobodi’s official social media pages.
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. International Customers

• United States / Canada: Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
• United Kingdom / European Union: The prize will be converted to GBP or EUR equivalent at the exchange rate on the draw date. All import, banking, or conversion fees are the winner’s responsibility.
• Orders placed from outside Australia are eligible provided they are completed directly through www.snobodi.com.au.

6. General Conditions

• This promotion is a game of chance — skill plays no part in determining the winner.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that breach these Terms.
• If the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to fraud, technical failure, or natural disaster, the Promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion.
• To the extent permitted by law, Snobodi accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or winner arising from participation in this promotion or the acceptance of the prize.
• This promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.

7. Privacy

• Snobodi will collect and use entrants’ personal information solely to administer the promotion, contact the winner, and send marketing communications (unless the entrant opts out).
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with Snobodi’s Privacy Policy.
• By entering, entrants consent to their information being processed in Australia for prize fulfilment and marketing purposes.
