You’ve geared up with SNOBODI, and now it’s our turn to deliver the goods. Here’s how we make it happen 👇


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $200 ship free. For orders under $200, a flat rate of $8.99 applies.

Dispatch Time: We’ll have your order on its way within two business days.

Delivery Time: Expect your gear in 3–5 business days via Australia Post.

Express Shipping: Need it faster? Opt for express shipping at a flat rate of $14.99.

Note: Public holidays or peak sale periods might add a slight detour to your delivery route.


International Shipping

We’re stoked to offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $250. For orders under $250, standard shipping rates apply.

Dispatch Time: Your order will be on its way within two business days.

Delivery Time: International delivery times vary depending on your location.

Please be aware that customs processes can sometimes cause delays beyond our control.

UK Orders: Import duties, taxes, and VAT may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total purchase price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more info before placing your order.


Order Tracking

Once your gear hits the road (or skies), we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.


Shipping Protection & Lost Packages

Once your tracking is marked as “Delivered”, the package is considered successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

From that point on, SNOBODI is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your package is missing after being marked delivered, please:

- Double-check around your property and with neighbours.

- Contact the shipping carrier directly — they’re best equipped to assist with recovery.

Orders can only be replaced if the shipping company formally deems the package lost or stolen after investigation.

We strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection at checkout for extra peace of mind — it covers you in the rare case your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged in transit.



Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

By placing a pre-order with Snobodi, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

Snobodi may offer items for pre-order when a product is:

• Out of stock but being restocked
• A new release awaiting arrival
• In future production or shipping phases

When you place a pre-order, your payment will be processed immediately. By doing so, you authorise Snobodi to charge your chosen payment method at the time of purchase.

2. Estimated Shipping Dates

Estimated shipping dates are shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email.
These dates are estimates only and may change due to supplier or production delays, international shipping, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order contains both pre-order and ship-now items, they may be shipped separately.
In some regions (UK, US, EU and Rest of World), separate shipments may incur an additional delivery fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

3. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Because pre-orders reserve incoming stock, they cannot be cancelled once placed.
If you need to update your order details (e.g. shipping address or size), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may delay dispatch or result in additional shipping fees.

Refunds for pre-ordered items follow our standard Refund Policy once your order has been delivered.

4. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, shipping dates can shift.
Snobodi is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, customs, or courier partners.
If your estimated delivery date changes significantly, you’ll be notified via email.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure your contact and delivery information is correct when placing your order.
Incorrect or incomplete details may delay delivery and may incur re-delivery fees.

6. Updates to These Terms

Snobodi reserves the right to update or modify these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Snobodi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from pre-order delays or changes to estimated delivery timelines.
