Changed your mind? No stress. You’ve got 30 days from the date of purchase to send it back for an exchange or store credit (because we know you’ll find something else to love).
To be eligible, items must be:
1. Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (no stains, scents, or signs of wear)
2. Returned with all original tags and packaging.
If an item doesn’t meet these conditions, we won’t be able to process your return.
Faulty Products (Our Bad!)
If something arrived faulty, we’ll own up to it—nobody’s perfect. Faulty items are eligible for a full refund (because that’s just fair). Just head to our returns portal and let us know what’s up.
Sale Items & Discount Codes
All sale items, discounted purchases, bundles, and free gifts are final sale and can’t be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Wrong Size? No Worries!
We know online sizing can be a gamble, so if you need a different size, we’ve got you. Just jump over to our returns portal and swap it out for the right fit.
Shipping Costs & Returns
Unless we sent you the wrong item (oops) or a faulty product, return shipping is on you. The cost will be displayed in our returns portal when you initiate the return.
Need to Cancel an Order?
Changed your mind super fast? Email hello@snobodi.com.au ASAP. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll try to stop it. If it’s already out the door, you’ll have to go through our return process.
Pre-orders can’t be cancelled

2. Follow the steps (we made it easy, promise).
3. Send your item back to us.
4. Once we receive it, we’ll process your exchange or store credit.
