POLICY

SNOBODi stands by the quality of all the products sold. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, you can return your items within 14 business days for an exchange OR store credit which can be used in-store or online. 

All faulty products are eligible for a full refund. If your product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at hugh@snobodi.com.au and one of our team will be in touch.

Any items returned with general wear and tear are not eligible for refund. All tags and packaging must be intact when returned, returns cannot be accepted if the product is not in the same condition as you received it.

INCORRECT SIZES 

We know choosing sizes online can be tricky and you want your new kit to fit like a glove.

If you need a different size, exchanges are easy.


Get in touch with us at hugh@snobodi.com.au with the subject line ‘CHANGE OF SIZE’ and your order number and we will arrange an exchange as soon as possible.


RETURN SHIPPING

Please note that unless the product is incorrect or faulty, SNOBODi cannot cover the cost of return shipping.

SNOBODi recommends using a trackable postage service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.


RETURN CONDITIONS

Please note, all products must be returned:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags, packaging and protection
  • Clean and smell free (don’t be that guy)


CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hugh@snobodi.com.au and we will do our best to help you out.

If the product has already been dispatched, SNOBODi unfortunately cannot cancel the order and you must go through the returns process.
