Changed your mind? No stress. You’ve got 30 days from the date of purchase to send it back for an exchange or store credit because we know you’ll find something else to love.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (no stains, scents, or signs of wear)
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
If an item doesn’t meet these conditions, we won’t be able to process your return.
International Returns 🌍
We love our global Snobodi fam, but please note — international orders are only eligible for store credit.
Exchanges are not available for international returns at this time.
Store credits never expire, so you’ll have plenty of time to pick your next fave.
Faulty Products (Our Bad!)
If something arrived faulty, we’ll own up to it — nobody’s perfect.
Faulty items are eligible for a full refund (because that’s just fair).
Just head to our returns portal and let us know what’s up.
Sale Items & Discount Codes
All sale items, discounted purchases, bundles, and free gifts are final sale — meaning they can’t be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Store credits are allowed.
Wrong Size? No Worries!
We know online sizing can be a gamble, so if you need a different size, we’ve got you (Australia only 🇦🇺).
Just jump over to our returns portal and swap it out for the right fit.
Shipping Costs & Returns
Unless we sent you the wrong item (oops) or a faulty product, return shipping is on you.
The cost will be displayed in our returns portal when you initiate your return.
Need to Cancel an Order?
Changed your mind super fast? Email us at hello@snobodi.com.au ASAP.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to stop it.
If it’s already out the door, you’ll just need to go through the return process.
Pre-orders can’t be cancelled.
Sale items can’t be cancelled.
