POLICY

SNOBODi stands by the quality of all the products sold. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, you can return your items within 14 business days for an exchange OR store credit which can be used in-store or online. 

All faulty products are eligible for a full refund. If your product is faulty, please follow the link above which will take you to our returns portal and navigate to the section that best describes your situation.

Any items returned with general wear and tear are not eligible for refund. All tags and packaging must be intact when returned, returns cannot be accepted if the product is not in the same condition as you received it.  

All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Bundles purchased are considered as sale items. This includes all free gifts with purchases. All orders purchased with a CODE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

INCORRECT SIZES 

We know choosing sizes online can be tricky and you want your new kit to fit like a glove.

If you need a different size, exchanges are easy.

Please just follow through the steps in via our returns portal link above. 

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Please note that unless the product is incorrect or faulty, SNOBODi cannot cover the cost of return shipping.

Shipping costs will be shown once you navigate through the return portal depending on what you are returning and what the issue is. 

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Please note, all products must be returned:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags, packaging and protection
  • Clean and smell free (don’t be that guy)

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hugh@snobodi.com.au and we will do our best to help you out.

If the product has already been dispatched, SNOBODi unfortunately cannot cancel the order and you must go through the returns process. 

Pre orders cannot be cancelled

SALE ITEMS 

All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Bundles purchased are considered as sale items. This includes all free gifts with purchases. All orders purchased with a CODE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS 

In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please follow the link at the top of the page to our returns portal and follow the prompts. Please include any photos or relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.

If an item is damaged through misuse, abnormal use or incorrect washing practices, SNOBODi will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. We will require satisfactory proof before providing a remedy under the Australia Consumer Law.

Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item.
